Yes, just simply search for the card on the shop, once you have found it. You will notice a button called Request this Card. This button will only appear if no seller is currently offering this card.

Aniware need you to report this information but submitting an issue to us with all relavent details and images in order for us to assist you.

Our system is built to use the Postnet to Postnet system, the cost is fixed at R99.00 country wide and takes between 2 to 3 business days. PostNet will even SMS you when it arrives.

If your cards have not arrived and you have not heard from the Seller within 7 days, please use the support form in order for Aniware to assist in the transaction. Aniware will contact the Seller and give you feedback as to what the issue may be. Should Aniware receive no contact from the Seller, Aniware will refund you the money paid and action will be take against the Sellers account.

We are currently planning the development to allow Sellers to sell Combos and Bulk cards, keep a look out for this update. Communication will be given to all registered members as we progress.

Aniware are willing to purchase full sets from Sellers directly. Aniware will then list the cards seperately, get in touch with us to discuss more.

Every seller is entitled to their payment, Aniware Company Policy is that all orders are paid and secured until delivery of the card is received by the buyer to ensure buyer and seller protection. Payments are then moved into the sellers balance which can be requested to be withdrawn(EFT) into their respective bank accounts upon 48 hours notice only on week days.
